Many thanks for your feedback, I am very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the boxes, we have sold thousands of these boxes without hearing anything negative about them.  I am guessing you are using 50x28mm cases which are smaller than the one we stock (50x38mm which many people consider standard size) and which the boxes have been designed for.  Its a shame you didnt ask for a sample first and we could have sent you a couple to test before ordering.  If you have any unopened packs then we are more than happy to take them back for a refund.
